Hot Christmas Toys for 2007
Every year it seems there is that one specific toy that just cannot be found anywhere. Not because it isn’t for sale, but because everyone was at the stores the moment they became available. Parents frantically search from store to store, from website to website to find it in stock and not pay this years’ salary for it.
Christmas will be here again before we know it. You may be wondering what toys your little ones will be begging you for. Knowing what is predicted to be the most popular can help you avoid the last minute rush with a million other parents. Find out now, and buy them before they start disappearing!
According to Toys-R-Us, the following items are the going to be your hot ticket toys in 2007. I’ve included a few general ones and one goodie for your little boys and another for the girls.
The Sesame Street: T.M.X Friends (Cookie Monster and Earnie) is first on the list. Remember the craze of Elmo last year? Well, this year Elmo may have to share his fame with his friends the Cookie Monster and Earnie. They are 11 inch plush dolls that will laugh so hard when their tummy is tickled, they will be struggling to get back onto their feet. The suggested age for these little guys is for 18 months and older.
Little girls everywhere will be dreaming of being Hannah. The Singing Hannah Montana in Concert Doll – “Best of Both Worlds” is sure to be a hit. She sings her famous song “Best of Both Worlds” and she comes with her own microphone, backstage pass, and a poster. Your little girl will even get a bracelet to wear that is a replica of the one Hannah wears onstage! The recommended age for Hanna Montana in Concert Doll is 5-8 years old.
Don’t think the boys have been left out. You know the movie “Transformers” that came out this year? Now your little boy can have their very own Ultimate BumbleBee transformer that will transform into a sleek 2008 Camaro! With the multiple lights and sounds that are featured in both modes, it will be sure to keep boys everywhere wrapped up in their own world of transformers for hours. It even responds to music with animatronics. Age suggested for this toy is 5 years old and up.
Do you have a preschool age little one that is fascinated with your computer? ClickStart My First Computer, from Leapfrog, is the first preschool learning system of it’s’ kind. Resembling the desktop computer experience, it has a keyboard and mouse that are preschool friendly. It will turn any television into their own world of computer like game play and learning with different software titles available to buy (separately). They recommend ages 3-6 years old.
These are only a few of the top toys that Toys-R-Us have pinpointed to be the most popular this year. Who knows toys better than them? Hopefully, you can use this information to get a head start on what is sure to be another buzzing Christmas season.
